Not surprisingly it is difficult to find establishments that are 'cool', not cheap but affordable.
A very good friend of ours recently had a bash for their first wedding anniversary (their divorce shortly afterwards was not because the DJ cancelled!). They found it to be a nightmare to book a function room for the dates everyone could make it.

Our meeting rooms are capable of holding training sessions, sales reviews, seminars, client meetings, selection panels, interviews, or any other type of small meeting. As well as set layouts, we can tailor our facilities to meet your specific requirements. We will set up your room to your requirements in advance and ensure that all audio-visual equipment is in place and in full working order.
Our Meeting Rooms offer:
Your room will be ready one hour before your event starts
Your room is fully equipped with essential stationary items
LCD computer projector, screen, flip chart, TV & video are all included in the price of your room
Fax and photocopy facilities are available.
Meeting Rooms packages:
Standard
The standard package is priced at £159 for a whole days hire with all of the above facilities included.
Tea and coffee is available from £1.50 per delegate.
Standard Plus
The Standard Plus package is priced at £99 for a whole days hire with all of the above facilities included.
Unlimited tea and coffee, sweets, still/sparkling mineral water.
Meal Solutions
We will gladly arrange for lunch or dinner for you in the adjacent restaurant which offers a wide choice of delicious, freshly prepared food. If you pre-order during your morning break, the team will ensure that your meal is ready at whatever time suits you.
Non resident lodge guests can also enjoy our breakfast for £5 per person.
