Nestled in the heart of Swineshead, The Wheatsheaf has been offering old fashioned Lincolnshire hospitality for over three hundred years.
We have four rooms available, all located on the first floor.
Rooms 1 and 2 are double rooms with en-suite shower and toilet.
Room 3 is a twin room with en-suite bath, shower and toilet.
Room 4 is a family room with a double and single room.
(There is also room for a cot if required).
This also has en-suite shower and toilet.
Each room has Freeview TV, tea and coffee facilities, trouser press and complimentary WiFi.
All rooms have been recently refurbished and redecorated.
There is a private car park with CCTV.
Legend has it that in 1216 King John lost his crown jewels in The Wash. En route to Sleaford Castle he stopped and enjoyed food and drink in Swineshead probably on the site currently occupied by The Wheatsheaf.
The current Wheatsheaf can trace its origins back three hundred years to Georgian times.
